Story behind the piece

This piece was inspired by my background in textile design and my love of ditsy florals that feel soft, timeless, and almost endless. The pattern is designed to feel like something you might find on a favourite vintage fabric, delicate from a distance but full of detail up close. The design is created using underglaze tissue transfers, applied by hand to the ceramic surface to capture a printed look. These pieces are made in small batches in Melbourne, designed to feel feminine, wearable, and full of quiet detail.
