Because everything here is handmade or one of a kind, I offer exchanges or store credit rather than refunds. If something arrives damaged or not as described, please get in touch within 7 days with a photo and I will offer a full refund or replacement.

To be eligible for an exchange or store credit:

• Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase
• Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging
• Earrings cannot be returned due to health regulations
• Gift cards, custom orders, clearance and heavily discounted items are not eligible

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. Postage costs are non-refundable. Please allow up to 10 days for store credit to be processed.
