Local pickup Free pickup is available at High St, Thornbury VIC 3071. Get in touch via the contact page to arrange a time.

Australia wide Flat rate standard shipping $15 per order via AusPost. Flat rate express post $25 per order. Free standard shipping over $150.

International International shipping is available on request. Get in touch via the contact page for details.

Returns

Because everything here is handmade or one of a kind, I offer exchanges or store credit rather than refunds. If something arrives damaged or not as described, please get in touch within 7 days with a photo and I will offer a full refund or replacement.

To be eligible for an exchange or store credit:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase
  • Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging
  • Earrings cannot be returned due to health regulations
  • Gift cards, custom orders, clearance and heavily discounted items are not eligible

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. Postage costs are non-refundable. Please allow up to 10 days for store credit to be processed.
